Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Cluer. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund for your Cluer Pro subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Cluer Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No reason is required — this guarantee lets you evaluate Cluer risk-free.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it, provided you have not made substantial use of the Service during the new billing period. To avoid future charges, cancel before your renewal date using the customer portal link in your purchase receipt.

How to request a refund

• Email charleywwork@gmail.com from the address used for the purchase, or
• Reply to your purchase receipt from Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record.

Please include your order number so we can locate the purchase quickly. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), or a violation of our Terms of Service.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where those laws give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
